  • Full Refund: Passengers can receive a full refund if the cancellation is done more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • Partial Refund: A partial refund could be available if the cancellation is done less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. The percentage refunded is subject to Air Decker's discretion.
  • No Refund: If a cancellation is done less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, there are no refunds.

Air Decker Luggage Policy

  • Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of main luggage not exceeding 20kg in weight.
  • The main luggage should not exceed the maximum dimensions of 70cm x 30cm x 45cm.
  • In addition to main luggage, passengers may also carry one piece of soft hand luggage that can fit on their lap or under the seat in front of them.
  • Luggage must be stored in the designated luggage areas either in overhead racks or under the bus in the luggage compartment.
