.• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before departure of the bus. • If cancellations are made within 48 hours of departure, no refund will be provided. • If unexpected circumstances prevent customers from taking the bus, they must contact Williams Coaches and explain the situation. • If a customer needs to postpone or cancel the ride, they must do so within 48 hours before the bus departs. • If a customer is more than 5 minutes late for their bus, the ticket will be void. • If a customer misses the bus due to an unexpected circumstance and notifies Williams Coaches, they may be allowed to transfer their ticket to another date. • If the bus is cancelled due to weather or other unexpected circumstances, customers can apply for a full refund or a transfer to another date. • If a customer is unable to travel due to a medical emergency, they must provide proof of the medical emergency to Williams Coaches and the refund will be provided.
