This was a great station to both arrive and depart at, having direct services between Leeds that were bang on schedule! Platform 6 has a proper buffer and is well-sized for the train, appropriately for the large station and the zone signs make the areas clear. The grand front of the building is set in an old style accompanied by water falls, leading to where information is very efficiently provided by the departure boards and various signs! Cleanliness had been maintained and I found the seating to be comfortable, offering a wide view of the station.

Haven't got a negative comment to say about this store, I come in regularly and the staff are always welcoming and friendly, after working for a Starbucks myself I understand certain protocols regarding allergens when ordering alternative products and the information that has to be given and every time they have asked me the correct questions to ensure I'm aware of all the information. Cafe is always clean and tidy. Always an enjoyable visit. :)

Full of beggars and people dealing drugs openly on street corners and no sign of police. Probably too scared of getting beaten or just too lazy to come out in the cold weather. Shops that STILL close at 5pm. Pubs that STILL deal with cash only. City by name, not by nature
