Fantastic experience with the kind people working at Oxford Station today. I left my suitcase on the train at Parkway that was due to terminate at Oxford. I called the station ahead and a wonderful gentleman had taken it off the overhead storage rack when it got to Oxford and returned it to me. Wasn’t sure the name of the man - but to everyone working at Oxford Station thank you for keeping my bag safe and returning it to me

This was our first visit to Oxford station and were surprised that it’s not that informative & supportive to match standards of how busy it is. As tourists, we got lost after purchasing our tickets and even local people couldn’t give us a clear direction about platforms or where would be the first car stopped by. Luckily, we didn’t miss our train but we were nervous at that time. One of the good things of this station is the variety of food & drink options available, so it’s convenient for all passengers to grab something for a quick fix before boarding.

A reasonable station with the bare minimum needed. Signage is a little difficult if you have never been before. Toilet facilities are quite dirty.

This is another very good railway station. Maybe the in and out is a little restrictive.
