The Peterbourghh train station is a station where I get to go to the east side of England particularly places like Norwich or Cambridge. The station is easy to get to and there are good connections to get here such as a bus through the Queensgate bus station or even driving. There is a huge ticket office when you go in on the left side but there is also a passenger disability section when you go in and on the right. They are currently renovating the Pumpkin Cafe. It has ticket borders but the staff are happy to help if there are any issues and I feel that this place is very well equipped to handle large crowds of people. It's very clean and it's great for access too I've not had any issues with the station itself and they are good to take me from A to B.

Was greeted by a very friendly staff member called Jane. I had no clue what to ask for, all I needed was to get to London Heathrow and Jane explained the process and made sure I knew what to do and expect. Really nice lady, professional and nice to talk too.
