The station is super easy to navigate with train information displayed very clearly. There's places to grab a coffee or bite to eat - either to sit in or to take with you. Station is generally clean

Positives: • The station itself was ok, very clear signage and easy to navigate. • The rail links itself are good to Cornwall, Devon, Exeter and London Paddington. Negatives: • Only shops are a WHSmith which was OK and Pumpkin Cafe (which are never very nice). • Situated far away from city centre and harbour (20min walk). • There is no tactile paving on the platform edge.

Using this station as a rail interchange was smooth-sailing, with the extensive size of the platforms making them relatively comfortable to depart and board on! Furthermore, the connections board enabled me to know about the status of my next train even when on a different platform and the station was navigable due to the subway and multiple signs. The toilets there were fine for usage, having cleanliness and enough urinals that I did not have to wait around.
