Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- If you need to cancel your journey before travelling you must call the local Stagecoach South West Falcon customer service centre.
- If you have already bought a ticket but cannot travel, you must inform Stagecoach South West Falcon at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of your journey.
- If you are unable to travel due to a medical emergency and can provide proof, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- If you fail to show up for a journey without informing Stagecoach South West Falcon, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you are delayed for more than 30 minutes due to circumstances outside of your control, you may be eligible for a refund.
- If a journey is cancelled or delayed by Stagecoach South West Falcon due to circumstances outside of their control, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- If you are travelling on a promotional ticket, your ticket may not be eligible for a refund.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Stagecoach South West Falcon's luggage policy allows each passenger to bring one piece of hand luggage and one additional item, such as a laptop or handbag, free of charge.
- Larger items such as suitcases and prams may be carried at an additional charge of up to £3 per item.
- Each passenger is allowed to bring one item of luggage measuring up to 85cm x 60cm x 30cm free of charge. Additional items and items larger than the allowed size will incur an additional charge, up to £3 per item.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring items which are considered dangerous, such as flammable liquids, firearms, explosives and hazardous materials, onto the bus.
- Passengers are allowed to bring food and drink onboard, as long as they are consumed responsibly.
- Pets are not allowed on board, with the exception of assistance dogs.

Pet Policy
- Stagecoach South West Falcon allows pets to travel on their buses, providing they are in a suitable container.
- The container must be leak proof, adequately ventilated and large enough for the animal to move around comfortably.
- Animals must not cause distress to other passengers or be a nuisance to the driver.
- Guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs are allowed to travel free of charge.
- Only small animals are allowed on board, such as cats, small dogs, and caged birds.
- Passengers must not bring exotic animals, reptiles, or any other animals that may cause distress to other passengers or the driver.
